As a small independent business I can't accept refunds, returns or exchanges on any items once they've been sent. So please double check your size using the size chart in product descriptions and double check your order information before placing it. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, we will send replacements for damaged products within 14 days of receipt. Your original order must be returned in an unused condition, in its original packaging, for a replacement. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return any items, you must use a tracked service and retain proof of postage. If your item does not return, we can not issue you a replacement. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of resending items that were not collected from your local depot. I'm not liable for refunding initial shipping costs. I'm not liable for the cost of resending or refunding orders with incorrect and invalid delivery addresses.
