REFUND POLICY

Cancelling your order

  • To cancel your order before I ship it to you, you must contact me immediately at kingsophiesworld@gmail.com I will do my best to accommodate your request. However, processing begins straight away and I may not be able to cancel your order if it's already been packaged.
  • For orders over £100, you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee to cover the cost of the transaction fees incurred.

Requesting a refund

  • To request a refund you must contact me at kingsophiesworld@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items sent back without requesting a refund first will not be accepted.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If you return an item, I highly recommend you use a tracked shipping service and retain proof of postage.

Refund criteria 

  • If you opted for Royal Mail International Standard shipping at checkout, this service does not come with insurance, therefore in the unlikely event your order becomes lost or damaged, as a small business I cannot provide you with a refund. This only applies to orders outside of the UK.
  • All custom, handmade or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
  • As a small business, I cannot refund or exchange clothing once it has been dispatched, so please choose your size carefully from the size chart provided.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still on and in its original packaging.
  • Your order must be returned within 14 days of your receipt. If you return your order after 14 days of your receipt, it will not be accepted. 
  • Returned orders that do not comply with the refund criteria will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • If your order is returned to me because you did not collect it from a pick up point, you refused to pay custom fees or because you provided an incorrect or invalid shipping address, initial shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Incorrect or defective items

  • If you receive an item which is incorrect or defective, please get in contact with me straight away at kingsophiesworld@gmail.com I'll review the issue and do what I can to correct it
