If you have missed your parcel being delivered, it is very important you follow up the instructions left by your mail carrier, otherwise it will be returned to us and you will have to pay again for postage.
You will be provided with a tracking number in an email once your order has been dispatched. It will give you basic tracking information. It will take some time for your parcel to appear on the Royal Mail tracking system, they scan it as it goes through certain checkpoints but sometimes scanners miss these checkpoints, meaning that the tracking information isn't properly updated.
