Shipping Policy
Update on untracked vs tracked shipping: I'm currently testing the option for customers to choose from untracked or tracked shipping. Untracked is cheaper than tracked but it means I cannot provide you with a tracking number or any updates on your order once it enters the Royal Mail system. It also means you won't be covered by insurance, therefore in the unlikely event your order gets lost or damaged, as a small business, I won't be able to send you a free replacement or refund you. If you want to be able to track your order or to have insurance in the unlikely event your order gets lost or damaged, please choose tracked shipping. With untracked shipping, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, just no tracking number. Untracked shipping can also take much longer than the below shipping estimate times, orders outside of the UK can take up to a month, as reflected in the price of this service. If you're placing an order for a gift, I recommend you pay for tracked shipping.
PROCESSING TIME:
As a one person small business, I currently post orders once a week, on my shipping day. I know you're excited to receive your order but please be patient, I'm not Amazon. If you need an order sent sooner, for a special occasion, I'll try my best to arrange that. Just get in touch before you place your order and if I can I'll send your order sooner! If you've already placed an order, feel free to reply to your confirmation email asking what day I will be posting your order. If preorder items are included in your order, it will be sent altogether when preorder items are ready, to save you shipping costs.

UK:
- All ready to ship orders are sent out once a week, on our shipping day
- Choosing tracked shipping at checkout simply means you'll receive tracking, it doesn't mean your items will be dispatched sooner
- if you need your order to be dispatched sooner please get in contact with me prior to placing an order and I'll try my best to make this possible for you
- Please make sure your delivery address is correct and valid as I can't refund or replace orders once they've been shipped
- We post via the Royal Mail, they aim to deliver within 1-3 working days
- You'll receive an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.
- If you opted for "tracked shipping" you can click the "track your order" button for basic tracking information, that can be used on the Royal Mail website. If you opted for untracked shipping this button won't be updated with any tracking information
- If you're not in to receive your order, you need to contact your local sorting office to arrange a redelivery or to collect your order. Otherwise uncollected orders will be returned to me and you will have to pay for shipping twice. I'm not liable for the initial shipping costs

If your order is taking longer than expected, it's probably being held at your local sorting office. It's essential you go to collect your order or arrange a redelivery, otherwise it will be returned to the UK. I'm not liable for the cost of resending orders or the initial shipping costs of uncollected orders

CUSTOMS:
- Custom charges / import taxes, may be applicable to countries outside of the UK
- We have no control over various countries importing policies and are not liable for any charges or shipping delays that may occur
- International orders can sometimes take up to 6 weeks to be delivered because of customs
- Customs even make random checks on unsuspicious packages

SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout by the Royal Mail based on the weight and dimension of your order. Also whether you opt for a tracked or untracked shipping service!
